1. Use of the App

• Vitakai provides wellness and supplement recommendations based on user input. It does not provide medical advice.
• You must be 18 years or older to use this App.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

2. Not Medical Advice

• All content provided on Vitakai — including supplement descriptions, symptom suggestions, and wellness plans — is for informational and educational purposes only.
• We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatments.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health-related decisions.
• The information in this App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the choices you make based on information provided.
• You must consult your doctor before starting any supplements.
• You must report any adverse reactions to your healthcare provider immediately.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your device secure.

4. No Warranties

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or safety of any supplements listed.
• Content is generated using third-party data sources, including artificial intelligence, and may not reflect the latest clinical research.
• We do not guarantee any specific health outcomes.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Vitakai and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this app or reliance on its information.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

6. Third-Party Services

• We may link to third-party content (e.g., PubMed, supplement vendors).
• We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services.
• The App may link to external sites (e.g., supplement retailers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

7. Founding Members Access

• Current access is invitation-only. Verifying an email address does not open the main experience. An invitation issued for that email must be redeemed.
• This Founding Members release does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, free trials, or purchase restoration.
• Access in this release is not managed through Apple billing.
• Founding Member recognition stays with your account while that account is retained, and ends if the account is deleted. Founding Access is temporary 90-day complimentary access from activation.
• When the 90-day Founding Access period ends, your account is not deleted merely because Founding Access expires, and your on-device wellness data is not deleted solely for that reason. Recognition continues only while the account is retained.
• Capabilities that require an active entitlement (including Intelligent Search and other paid-tier features where offered in the app) may be unavailable or limited after Founding Access expires until valid access is granted through a separate offering, if Vitakai makes one available.
• This release does not automatically subscribe you, convert your access, or charge you. Future commercial access may be offered separately. This release does not promise lifetime free use or a future paid subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and designs are owned by Avantion Labs Limited or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce or distribute the App's content without permission.

• We may update these Terms from time to time and will show the effective date of the current version.
• This release does not automatically send an in-app or email notice for every material change. If the law requires notice or a new acceptance, we will provide it.
• Your continued use of Vitakai constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
