Vitakai (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you join our early-access waitlist at vitakai.app, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

This policy applies to the Vitakai waitlist site only. The Vitakai mobile app, when launched, will have its own in-app privacy disclosures shown at sign-up.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Email address — required so we can contact you about Vitakai’s launch and product updates.
• Submission timestamp and IP address — automatically logged by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect your name, location, demographic data, or any health information at this stage. The waitlist site does not ask for, store, or process any such data.

We use your email address to:

• Notify you when Vitakai is ready for early access.
• Send occasional product updates about features in development.
• Respond to enquiries you send us directly.

We do not use your email for advertising, marketing partnerships, or unrelated communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Signup notifications are delivered to us via Resend. Your email address is processed for waitlist purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond this essential delivery service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes. Limited access is granted only to essential service providers (hosting, email delivery) operating under data processing agreements that require them to protect your data.

We retain your email until any of the following:

• Vitakai launches and you become an active user.
• You request removal — we will delete your email within 30 days of request.
• You unsubscribe from waitlist emails.
• 24 months after you joined the waitlist if Vitakai has not yet launched.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@vitakai.app. We respond within 2 business days.

The Vitakai waitlist site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Essential session cookies may be set by our hosting provider for security purposes only, and are not used to identify you across sessions.

Your email address may be processed in jurisdictions other than the one in which you are based. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place when this happens, in line with applicable data protection laws (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or other regional regulations as relevant).

We may update this policy as the project evolves — for example, when we select an email provider or when launching the mobile app. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. We will communicate any significant changes by email to addresses on the waitlist.
